Job Position - Fit-out Project Manager

With extensive experience in managing fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering and a proven track record in fit-out project management. This role involves overseeing all aspects of fit-out projects, from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the entire fit-out project lifecycle, including planning, design, execution, and final delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience, with at least 5 years specifically in fit-out project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing fit-out projects in the UAE, including high-profile commercial and residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE fit-out regulations, codes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
